The house was gutted completely of all fixtures, ceilings and flooring. 2 chimney breasts and an internal wall were removed to allow more space within the bedrooms and the living room. A new boiler/central heating system was installed, including a new Worcester Greenstar Combi Boiler. The consumer unit was then upgraded to meet current regulations and the house was completely rewired. New heating pipework and electrics were run into the loft space for any future loft conversion. Insulation was fitted throughout, new flooring, stairs, carpentry throughout and finally each room decorated. Fitted wardrobes with custom dressing-table and lights were added to the master bedroom. Finally, the garden was levelled, wooden decking and borders were added and a concrete garden building/room was built for storage and office space.
