The existing porch was removed and cleared out. A new brick porch was built and a new front door added. The ground floor was stripped for a full renovation including doors and dividing walls. The existing dining room fireplace and chimney breast were removed. A single storey rear extension with exposed timber rafters was built. We fitted out a modern kitchen with island. Wall lights, sockets and ceiling lights were installed in addition to vertical radiators. Finally, the ground floor was decorated, kitchen floor tiles fitted, and the herringbone wood floor installed to the living, dining and hallway spaces.
