House refurbishment & structural alterations

Scope: Internal structural alterations, refurbishment, heating & electrics,

All of the existing fixtures, fittings, heating system, electrics, doors, and ceilings were removed. Windows and doors leading to the rear garden were also removed and replaced with larger external doors and windows. The entire ground floor was reconfigured to make the most of the space with the help of detailed planning. Structural walls were removed to make open-plan living, dining and kitchen space and new walls were built. A functional mudroom was designed by the clients and installed. The new heating system and Electrics throughout benefited the newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. New doorways, internal doors, and pocket doors created a good flow to the new layout of the property. New ceilings were fitted, plastering and flooring throughout and then finally the property was decorated internally. The renovation was carefully planned and interior designed by the clients.
